Terms applicable to the booking and the running of the guided tours.
Purpose
These terms govern the booking and the running of the guided tours offered by US D-Day Beaches Explorers.
Price and payment
TODO(client): displayed prices, payment terms, deposit and balance, accepted payment methods, late payment penalties and recovery indemnity.
Booking and notice period
Tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, for groups of 4 to 8 people, from 14 years old.
Cancellation and refund
TODO(client): cancellation deadlines, retained fees, refund conditions (weather, guide unavailability, customer cancellation).
Conditions for running the tour
Departures follow the low-tide schedule; a tour may be cancelled in poor weather. Dates and available places are confirmed by the guide when the booking is made.
Liability
TODO(client): insurance cover, safety recommendations and limitations of liability.
Complaints and applicable law
TODO(client): consumer mediator, appeal procedure and applicable law.
